The second part of a two-course sequence covering principles of taxonomy and classification,
evolution, comparative survey of major phyla, general anatomy and physiology of plants and
animals, and ecology. Prerequisites: Successful completion (C- or better) of BIOL 111 with lab.
Corequisite: BIOL 112L lab, 1 credit hour. This course meets a General Education Core
Curriculum Requirement. Fall, Spring.
