This course reinforces the professional competencies and career-readiness skills that will prepare students for life as an engineer. Students will be introduced to the history of the engineering profession; discuss historical and ongoing ethical dilemmas engineers face; better understand the role of engineers with regard to sustainably, risk, safety, and resilience; further consider the consequences of engineering decisions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts; and understand importance of professional skill development and professional licensure. Pre-requisite: ENGR200 Engineering Profession I
