The Management concentration prepares students for diverse and dynamic leadership roles in the global marketplace. This concentration emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making while equipping students with the skills to effectively lead teams, manage resources, and drive organizational success. Students will develop expertise in strategic planning, organizational behavior, and effective communication, enabling them to navigate complex business environments and implement innovative solutions.
Graduates of this concentration will be prepared for managerial and professional positions in a variety of industries, including corporate leadership, operations management, human resources, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Expected outcomes of the BBA - Management concentration include:
- Explain and evaluate human resource strategies to effectively manage and lead organizations.
- Apply quality control, flow analysis, scheduling, forecasting, and performance improvement processes to manufacturing and service organizations.
- Evaluate organizational theory and applicability to business situations.
